EnviroSure's Remedial and Site Investigation services include:

Soil and Groundwater Remediation

EnviroSure's remediation efforts have focused on mitigating risk associated with soil and groundwater contamination. In some cases, EnviroSure recommends that contamination remains in place through the use of administrative and engineering controls. Depending on the federal, state, and local regulations, EnviroSure advises our clients on available options. By collaborating with our clients, we select the best solution while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Our remediation solutions include:

Brownfield Redevelopment

EnviroSure partners with developers of abandoned or underutilized sites, known as Brownfields, by addressing environmental concerns as the sites return as usable properties. With an extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania's Land Recycling Act (Act 2) and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's (NJDEP) Voluntary Cleanup Program and Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), EnviroSure guides our clients through the site selection process and provides innovative solutions for redevelopment strategies. EnviroSure maintains a database of environmentally-impacted sites to help connect our clients with ideal redevelopment opportunities.

Pennsylvania Act 2

The Land Recycling Program (Voluntary Cleanup Program), known as Act 2, encourages cleanup and the reuse of contaminated sites. This important tool allows site owners to conduct cleanup efforts, guided by the four cornerstones of the Program:

By adhering to these guidelines, owners can receive a release of liability from PADEP for a site that demonstrates attainment of one of the Act 2 standards. EnviroSure has successfully received Act 2 release of liability on behalf of our clients for a variety of property types. Redevelopment of these sites is vital to the community and environment. EnviroSure strategically selects the most appropriate cleanup standard by understanding our clients' goals and potential future site uses.

Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP)

In May of 2009, New Jersey signed into law the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA). Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) were created as a result of the SRRA. SRRA transfers responsibility for oversight of clean-ups of contaminated sites from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to licensed LSRPs. LSRPs therefore are responsible for the protection of the environment and health and safety of the public. EnviroSure performs these services in New Jersey under the oversight of an LSRP:
