Project Manager
EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Geologist/Environmental Scientist. The position offers a dynamic and self-motivated individual the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing small business. We are currently seeking a professional to manage due diligence - Phase I, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater/soil sampling, and field oversight. This position is an in-office, full-time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Independently manage projects and will serve as project manager helping to train and mentor technical staff
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data from sampling, reports, maps, drawings, tests, and aerial photographs to evaluate, plan, and permit projects
- Assist with development of proposals
- Attend on-and off-site client meetings, effectively communicating with clients and regulators
- Provide technical guidance and/or oversee work performed by entry-level staff
- Implement technical requirements to complete client projects by directing and supervising field staff to sample, test, and collect data
- Evaluate laboratory and field data and assemble in written reports
- Develop key client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the environmental field with a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations
- Experience with PAAct 2 and storage tank program regulations preferred, but not required
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and be a team player with strong communication skills and work ethic
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
- PA-licensed Professional Geologist preferred, but not required
- Safe driving record
Entry-Level Geologist or Environmental Scientist
EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist or Geologist. The position offers a dynamic and self-motivated individual the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing small business. The position offers a balance between field and office work. This position is an in-office, full-time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment projects
- Conduct project-related research
- Assistance with business development and marketing activities
- Assist with and/or perform field activities that may include groundwater sampling, soil sampling, vapor intrusion air sampling, well installation, etc.
- Prepare health and safety plans, work orders and effectively coordinate field activities
- Prepare data tables, report figures to meet deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
- Entry-level to 3 years of experience
- Multi-media sampling experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and computer skills
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification (preferred but not required)
- Safe driving record
- Ability to work on a team as well as individually on task assignments
