Environmental Scientist / Industrial Hygienist

EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist / Industrial Hygienist to add to our team. This position is an in-office, full-time position in EnviroSure’s Malvern, PA office. The mid-level position offers a motivated professional the opportunity to work in a dynamic small business environment, where both field and office responsibilities are integral to the role.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-directed, self-orientated, and eager to contribute to meaningful environmental health and safety projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • Current certifications and training for:
    • Asbestos AHERA Inspector / Management Planner and Project Monitor
    • Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor
    • EPA Lead Dust Sampling Technician
  • Minimum of 2 years of field experience in one or more of the following: asbestos, lead-based paint, indoor air quality (IAQ), mold, water intrusion investigations, industrial hygiene, or facility assessments.
  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field data documentation tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct asbestos inspections, lead-based paint surveys, and indoor air quality (IAQ) and mold investigations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
  • Perform field sampling for hazardous materials and complete proper chain-of-custody documentation.
  • Document site conditions thoroughly, including field notes, photographs, temperature, relative humidity, and moisture content readings.
  • Prepare accurate, concise field reports, and inspection documentation based on survey findings and project scope.
  • Maintain and build positive working relationships with clients, team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Project Manager

EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to add to our team. This is an in-office, full-time position in EnviroSure’s Marlton, NJ office.  

Responsibilities:

  • Lead environmental projects.
  • Work with EnviroSure’s LSRP to complete projects through the Site Remediation Program (SRP).
  • Lead technical staff in NJ.
  • Prepare technical proposals.
  • Work directly with EnviroSure’s CEO to grow business.
  • Train employees in report writing, technical regulations, and fieldwork methodologies.

    Skills:

    • Outgoing professional who enjoys working with people. 
    • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extensive experience with NJDEP’s Site Remediation Program (SRP).
    • Team player.
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments; adaptable & professional.

      Education and Licenses:

      • B.S., engineering, geology, or environmental science
      • 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification
      • NJ Subsurface Evaluator preferred but not required

        Project Manager

        EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to add to our team. This is an in-office, full-time position in EnviroSure’s Middletown, DE office.  

        Responsibilities:

        • Manage environmental site assessment and remediation projects from inception through regulatory closure.
        • Build and lead a team of technical professional’s.
        • Develop scopes of work, proposals, and budgets for environmental services.
        • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and internal stakeholdersMentor and train junior staff on reporting standards and field methodologies.
        • Work with executive leadership to support business development and strategic planning in Delaware and Maryland.

          Skills & Qualifications:

          • Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Environmental Science discipline.
          • Delaware Professional Geologist preferred.
          • Strong understanding of DNREC and MDE regulations.
          • Experience working on Delaware HSCA projects.
          • Proven track record of managing environmental projects and leading environmental teams.
          • Proficiency in technical report writing, regulatory compliance, and client communication.
          • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
          • Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

            Certifications & Preferences

            • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification (required).
            • PG license preferred but not required.
