Environmental Scientist / Industrial Hygienist (Hybrid)
EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist / Industrial Hygienist to add to our team. This position is a hybrid, full-time position in EnviroSure’s Malvern, PA office. The mid-level position offers a motivated professional the opportunity to work in a dynamic small business environment, where both field and office responsibilities are integral to the role.
This position is ideal for someone who is self-directed, self-orientated, and eager to contribute to meaningful environmental health and safety projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos inspections, lead-based paint surveys, and indoor air quality (IAQ) and mold investigations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
- Perform field sampling for hazardous materials and complete proper chain-of-custody documentation.
- Document site conditions thoroughly, including field notes, photographs, temperature, relative humidity, and moisture content readings.
- Prepare accurate, concise field reports and inspection documentation based on survey findings and project scope.
- Maintain and build positive working relationships with clients, team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Current certifications and training preferred for:
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER
- Asbestos AHERA Inspector / Project Monitor
- Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor
- EPA Lead Dust Sampling Technician
- Minimum of 2 years of field experience in one or more of the following: Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, soil and ground sampling, asbestos, lead-based paint, indoor air quality (IAQ), mold, water intrusion investigations, industrial hygiene, or facility assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field data documentation tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Project Manager (Remote – must be in NJ or Eastern PA)

We’re seeking a full-time Environmental Project Manager with a geology or environmental science background to lead technical projects and drive expansion of our New Jersey operations. This is a strategic leadership role for an ambitious environmental professional ready to manage teams, optimize project delivery, and help grow business in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage environmental site assessment and remediation projects from inception through regulatory closure.
- Collaborate with a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to ensure compliance with NJDEP’s Site Remediation Program (SRP).
- Build and lead a team of technical professionals.
- Develop scopes of work, proposals, and budgets for environmental services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior staff on reporting standards and field methodologies.
- Work with executive leadership to support business development and strategic planning in New Jersey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Environmental Science.
- Strong understanding of NJDEP regulations and the Site Remediation Program (SRP).
- Proven track record of managing environmental projects and leading environmental teams.
- Proficiency in technical report writing, regulatory compliance, and client communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Certifications & Preferences
- 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification (required)
- NJ Subsurface Evaluator license (preferred)
- PG license not required, but considered a plus
