Environmental Scientist/Industrial Hygienist
EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist/Industrial Hygienist to add to our team. This position is an in-office, full-time position in EnviroSure’s Malvern, PA office. The entry-level position offers a dynamic and self-motivated individual the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing small business. The position offers a balance between field and office work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related field.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and computer skills.
- Safe driving record.
- Ability to work on a team as well as individually on task assignments.
- 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental field surveys and sampling, including soil, water, soil vapor, building inspections, and indoor air quality (IAQ)/mold investigations, primarily in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey.
- Perform environmental sampling and prepare chain of custody forms for analytical testing.
- Conduct asbestos and lead-based paint inspections and sampling, as well as surveys for PCBs and other hazardous materials.
- Prepare summary reports for environmental site assessments and soil and groundwater investigations.
- Write clear and concise daily field reports detailing site activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and prospects.
Environmental Field Tech
EnviroSure has an immediate opening for an Environmental Field Technician. This position is an in-office, full-time position in EnviroSure’s Malvern, PA office. The position involves primarily fieldwork and associated travel primarily in PA, NJ, and DE with associated report writing responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; no college degree required.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to seamlessly handle a mix of field and office work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Safe driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of environmental regulations is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Execute fieldwork, including soil, groundwater, vapor, asbestos, and lead-based paint surveys and sampling.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, laboratory data tables, and field drawings and logs.
- Engage in various office tasks to support project requirements.
- Ensure all fieldwork is conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate field equipment.
- Collect and manage environmental samples for laboratory analysis.
- Document field activities and observations accurately and thoroughly.
Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) / Business Development Manager

The LSRP’s responsibilities will be split between growing business in NJ and supporting EnviroSure’s projects in the Site Remediation Program (SRP). In addition to the base salary range, there is potential for bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead company sales in NJ.
- Identify market opportunities through networking, meetings, and other channels.
- Build positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support marketing with technical updates.
- Lead technical staff in NJ.
- Lead environmental projects through the Site Remediation Program (SRP).
- Train employees in report writing, technical regulations, and fieldwork methodologies.
- Fully engage in the preparation and use of standard operating procedures.
