Scott Smith has been a budding entrepreneur since the age of 10 when he began organizing his mother's coupons and then requesting a portion of those savings earned. His passion for entrepreneurship makes him an invaluable resource to the EnviroSure team. He has over 25 years of experience in the environmental field and uses his skills and expertise to develop environmental strategies and solutions for our clients. Mr. Smith has managed hundreds of environmental site assessments over the course of his career, as well as soil and groundwater investigations and remediation projects. His strengths include a tireless work ethic, commitment to delighting clients, and boundless energy for seeking out and nurturing new client relationships.

Bernard Beegle has over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting. Mr. Beegle is a results-driven environmental and project management professional with over three decades of experience serving private, state, and federal clients. Holds licensure as a Professional Geologist in PA, DE, and NY, along with certification as a Professional Geologist. Specializes in overseeing and executing sampling activities for environmental and hydrogeologic investigations at sites governed by RCRA, CERCLA, PA ACT 2, NJ ISRA, and other State-led programs.

Valerie Daberkoe

Valerie Daberkoe serves as EnviroSure's office manager. Ms. Daberkoe's experience includes, but is not limited to, research and document creation, accounts payable/receivable, and client liaison. Ms. Daberkoe coordinates staff schedules, manages office efficiency, and handles all facets of company bookkeeping. Ms. Daberkoe orders insurance certificates, manages insurance matters, and maintains insurance certificates for our subcontractors. In addition, Ms. Daberkoe is responsible for coordinating with our SCORE! business coaches.

Allison Reid is a passionate environmental professional with diverse experience in remedial fieldwork and report writing for the NJDEP Site Remediation Program. Additional skills include vapor investigations, project coordination, data interpretation, and GIS. Ms. Reid is based out of EnviroSure’s Pennsylvania office and provides project support across eastern PA, NJ, DE, and MD.

Benjamin Heffron is a recent graduate from West Chester University with a B.S. in Geoscience, Earth Systems Concentration. His skills include field data collection and analysis, data visualization and interpretation, and mechanical expertise. Zach Booker has extensive technical and field experience performing indoor air quality assessments, asbestos and lead paint inspections for renovation and demolition projects, and asbestos project monitoring for AHERA asbestos abatement projects. Mr. Booker is based out of Delaware and provides project support on OSHA industrial hygiene monitoring projects, mold assessments, lead risk assessments, and conducts AHERA six-month and three-year surveillance inspections. Zach graduated from Redlands University with a B.S. in Environmental Science. Other skill areas include water and soil sampling, technical writing, and figure preparation.

Mr. Shotzberger has over 30 years of experience in wetland delineation, permitting, restoration, and mitigation. He is familiar with federal wetlands regulations including jurisdictional determinations and permitting. He has worked with the regulators in the Philadelphia, Baltimore, Norfolk, and New York District Corps of Engineers in support of clients' permit applications. He has conducted many tidal wetlands mitigation and/or restoration projects restoring and enhancing wetlands in Delaware, Maryland, New York, and New Jersey. Several of these projects covered all aspects of wetland mitigation for large-scale, regional transportation projects - from site selection through mitigation design, state and federal permitting, construction management/oversight, and monitoring.

Mr. Robert Lloyd, P.G., offers over four decades of extensive expertise in environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, and remediation. His licensure as a Pennsylvania Underground Storage Tank Remover places him at the forefront of tank closure projects in the state. With hands-on experience as a licensed Professional Geologist, Mr. Lloyd meticulously supervises the implementation of various field operations, including the installation of groundwater monitoring/recovery wells, soil vapor extraction (SVE) wells, and sparge points. He excels in planning and executing pilot tests for remediation systems, showcasing a robust skill set honed through years of practical application. Additionally, Mr. Lloyd brings proficiency in AutoCAD, enhancing his ability to visualize and analyze site data for comprehensive project management and design purposes.
