Environmental Project Manager

Join a Growing Environmental Consulting Firm

EnviroSure is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

As a growing firm, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our technical direction, mentor developing professionals, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our environmental consulting practice.

We’re looking for a motivated environmental professional who enjoys balancing fieldwork, project management, technical problem-solving, mentoring junior staff, and building long-term client relationships. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing environmental consulting firm while developing your career alongside an experienced leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage environmental investigations, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation support projects, and environmental compliance assignments.
  • Lead field investigations including soil and groundwater sampling, drilling oversight, and site characterization.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical guidance on Pennsylvania Act 2, DNREC HSCA, environmental due diligence, and redevelopment projects.
  • Mentor junior Environmental Scientists and Geologists while helping develop field procedures and best practices.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.

We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Typically 5 to 15 years of environmental consulting experience.
  • Strong project management and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while mentoring junior staff.
  • Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Pennsylvania Act 2 investigations
    • Environmental due diligence (Phase I/II ESAs)
    • Groundwater investigations
    • Environmental remediation
    • Property Condition Assessments
    • Environmental permitting
