EnviroSure conducted a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of an active gasoline service station in the City of Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania to meet the requirements of a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan on behalf of the property owner. Soil borings were advanced to 25 feet below ground surface (bgs) using a truck-mounted Geoprobe. Samples were collected to investigate soil conditions in the areas of gasoline, waste oil, and heating oil underground storage tanks (USTs), gasoline dispenser islands, and below ground hydraulic lifts. A Professional Engineer logged soil characteristics and collected soil samples for EnviroSure during the Phase II ESA. The soil samples were submitted to a Pennsylvania-certified laboratory for analyses. No further action was recommended based on the laboratory analytical results.
