Soil and Groundwater Investigation Former Gasoline Service Station

EnviroSure was retained to conduct a soil and groundwater investigation of a former gasoline service station property. Our cost effective approach to site investigation reduces risk without compromising our quality of service. EnviroSure’s scope of services focused on investigating soil and groundwater in areas with the highest likelihood of contamination, as opposed to a more costly broad-based investigation.

EnviroSure subsequently conducted closure through removal of one regulated waste oil underground storage tank (UST) and one unregulated heating oil UST at the site. EnviroSure submitted a closure report to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) summarizing UST removal and associated sampling activities on the Site. After reviewing the closure report, the NJDEP issued a no further action letter.
